Soul Blue is D1 (Distinct One)’s first official single; a deep and emotional tale about a relationship gone wrong. It is D1’s heartfelt honesty that pours over the alluring production that will not only capture your attention, but pull your soul in and take you on a rhythmic ride, of a story that expresses feelings that we have all felt at one time or another in the unfair battles that love puts us through.

D1 is an emcee/producer from Columbus, Ohio and part of the Philly-based crew Forever Fam. Over the past few years, he has released songs, remixes and freestyles through the internet, college radio, and mixtapes.  2011 is the year where all of the energy goes into more official releases.
