The sushi market in America has really taken off in the past couple years, especially in Pittsburgh. Thursday June 18th is considered International Sushi Day, a day around the world to celebrate this amazing Japanese dish.
No matter if you stick with the traditional Japanese sushi or go with the new Americanized version just go out and enjoy some delicious sushi.
