It is D1′s heartfelt honesty that pours over his alluring production that will not only capture your attention, but pull your soul in and take you on a rhythmic ride, of stories that express feelings we have all felt at one time or another in the unfair battles that love puts us through. D1 is an artist/producer from Columbus, Ohio and part of the Philly-based crew Forever Fam. Over the past few years, he has released songs, remixes and freestyles through the internet, college radio, and mixtapes.

In 2011 D1 signed with The Deepest Entertainment under the management of Denise Walls. D1 is also affiliated with Columbus’s own The Empire Entertainment and has done various production and features for all of the artists involved.
