Stephen Hernley from “Delusions Of Grandeur” is a producer/rapper from western PA. He’s gone under many names including “Raoul Duke”, and is good friends with “Reggie Strangers”. He’s also the primary force behind the collective “Middle Name Danger” project. He currently has a project in the works with his younger brother Joshua Hernley going under the title “Strangers With Candy”. Steve also handles all the mixing duties in the BCB.
